Almost all of my coaching clients for the supported living business approach me with the same reasons for wanting to start up their own business and here are the following reasons which come up most frequently:

1) They have a strong desire to do something which allows them to make a positive contribution to society- it never fails to inspire me when I hear clients express their passion to help vulnerable people who need support.
2) They understand that having a supported living business can give them the best of both worlds- running their own business and being able to make their own decisions. In other words, they can be their own boss!
3) They can want to decide where they have their supported living business-there are many locations across the country where you can open a home.
4) They want to have control over the income they make – my clients look forward to earning a living and having an income which suits them.
5) They want to be able to choose their own staff team to work in their business-they love the idea of being able to select the best staff who can deliver the best service.
